Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Address Shipments
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. alur is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. We cannot reship or refund orders sent to an invalid or mistyped address.
